Cancel Order

You can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours after placing it without any charge. However, if it's after 12 hours and we have already shipped your order, we won't be able to cancel the shipment. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

*If the buyer's order is not shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

*If our product is on the way to the buyer, the buyer must comply with our return policy and return it to us, and need to bear the shipping cost of the product (the shipping cost of the product sent to Buyers & the shipping cost of the product returned.)

 Returns Or Exchange

If the buyer believes that the product was damaged in transit, or returned for a refund due to quality reasons, such as the item is damaged, defective and unusable, or the buyer received the wrong item (caused by winnaheat), please contact us and provide to winnaheat customer service Photo and video evidence of damaged/wrong product. And the shipping cost of returning the product will be borne by Winna.

However, if the buyer is not satisfied with the purchased item, changes his mind or rejects the product, we accept returns/exchanges/refunds, but the buyer needs to bear the return shipping cost.

To be eligible for a return refund or exchange, a buyer's product must be: Unused and in the same condition as it was received by the buyer, In addition, the item must be in its original packaging.

In order to complete a buyer's return refund or exchange, the buyer needs to provide a receipt or proof of order, photo and video evidence of the damaged/wrong product. Please do not return your purchase to us until we have authorized a return, refund or exchange in writing. We will not reimburse you for shipping costs to return unwanted products to us.

After winnaheat agrees to the buyer's return refund/exchange request, it will provide the buyer with a return address and send it to the buyer's mailbox by email.

After buyers return the goods, they need to provide us with a trackable shipping number or purchase shipping insurance.

Important note: If the buyer does not cooperate with customs clearance or refuses to accept the package and the package is returned, the resulting additional costs including round-trip freight will be borne by the buyer.

Within 30 days of purchase, if you are not satisfied with a non-quality issue, you are entitled to a refund after returning the item complete, unused and in its original packaging. However, you will be responsible for the actual return shipping costs.

Refund

Once buyer return has been received and inspected, we will send buyer an email informing buyer that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of the refund.

If buyer are approved, your refund will be processed and automatically issued to your credit card or original form of payment within 7 days.

If buyer haven't received refund, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time before a refund is issued.
