For a limited time, Winnaheat is offering FREE ground shipping within the US, Canada, Russia, Germany, U.K., Finland, Denmark, France, Italy. Currently we do not offer shipping to other countries other than US, Canada, Russia, Germany, U.K., Finland, Denmark, France, Italy.

Shipping Time
USA,Canada: Deliver within 5-10 business days.
U.K., France, Italy, Germany: Deliver within 7-12 business days
Russia, Finland, Denmark.: Deliver within 7-15 business days.

Shipping times do not include customs clearance/customs delays as these are out of our control. So the delivery time listed about is for reference. Actual delivery time may vary. We will try our best to deliver items ASAP.

Winnaheat shall not be liable for any damages caused by:

Buyer provides wrong or inaccurate shipping information. The recipient could not be reached within the effective delivery time. The recipient refuses to accept the package if it is intact. The recipient did not cooperate with the logistics company to complete customs clearance in accordance with local regulations. Laws and policies that cause packages to be returned. As Winnaheat products are usually more valuable, please check the packaging when shipping. Do not sign for or open the package if it is damaged or deformed. In this case, please contact us.

If you are unable to pick up your order at your address, you can email us and we can arrange for a courier to drop your order at or near a safe location. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise that you choose not to sign for. Unfortunately, once the order has been left at the delivery address, we cannot be held responsible for any subsequent damage that may occur.

Once you (or someone else on your behalf) have signed for the merchandise, Winnaheat will take into account whether you accept the package, quantity and product. In order to protect your rights and interests, it is strongly recommended that you take a complete unpacking video and check the items against the packing list.
